Please note the following storage advice:

• Kee Changs can be kept at room temperature for up to a month, as long as buyer stored away from moisture.
• However, for better preservation—it’s best to vacuum pack and freeze the dumplings. This method keeps them fresh for up to a month.

Storage Conditions

Applicable for all dumplings except Kee Chang

Dumplings can be consumed immediately. If not going to eat, please keep in the fridge or freezer.

Fridge best eaten within three days, else if freezer, best eaten within a week.

Placed outside for 6hours no issues. Just as long as it is away from heated areas or direct sunlight.

Applicable for Kee Chang only

Kee Chang is best eaten within five days if kept in the fridge. If outdoor ambient temperature not wet conditions maximum best eaten before two days. Please do not keep in freezer. Best to boil, not steam.
